I've been where you are

I've faced the microaggressions, the self-doubt, the exhaustion of performing at a high level while still feeling invisible. I've been the only Black woman at leadership tables—and I've questioned whether I belonged there.

My turning point came when I worked with a career coach who helped me stop questioning whether I was "good enough" and start recognizing my strengths, advocating for myself, and creating my own opportunities. That transformation changed everything—and it's why I launched Lead to Change in 2020.

Now, with over 30 years in government and corporate leadership—as an employee, hiring manager, and senior leader—I bring both lived experience and strategic insight to every client I work with.
