How This Program Works
5 Group Sessions (60 minutes each)
You’ll meet weekly with a small cohort (max. 4 participants)

You’ll learn, reflect, and gain perspective from others who understand your context — without pressure to overshare
3 Private 1:1 Sessions (45 minutes each)
You’ll also have dedicated one-on-one time at key moments:
Kick-off: Clarify your goals and set your focus for the program
Mid-point: Work through obstacles and adjust your approach
Closing: Solidify your plan and next steps
Sessions are tailored to your goals, challenges, and career context.
Weekly Reflection Prompts & Exercises
Between sessions, you’ll receive simple, structured prompts and exercises to help you apply what you’re learning in real time — at work, not just in theory.
