How It Works
Small Cohort. Big Impact.
You'll work with a small group (max. 4 participants) over 6 weeks — combining the depth of personalized coaching with a supportive peer learning environment.
Five Group Sessions (60 minutes each)
On-the-spot coaching, group reflections and space to learn from peers who understand your context and are navigating similar career challenges.
One 1:1 Session (60 minutes)
A dedicated private action planning session at the close of the program to consolidate your learning, clarify your next steps, and leave with a concrete plan you can act on immediately.
Weekly Reflection Prompts & Exercises
Simple, practical exercises, structured around a five-stage leadership framework, to apply what you're learning in real time — at work, not just in theory.

Each group session builds on the last, so you leave with clarity and a practical path forward.
