How It Works
Small Cohort. Personalized Support. Practical Growth.
You’ll work alongside a small cohort while receiving individual support to help you apply the learning directly to your own leadership goals.
Five Group Sessions (60 minutes each)
Explore each stage of the Leadership Development Framework through on-the-spot coaching, guided reflection, and discussion.
With a maximum of 4 participants, there’s space for meaningful conversation and individualized feedback while learning from others navigating similar challenges.
Three 1:1 Sessions (45 minutes)
Use your private coaching sessions to go deeper into your individual goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Together, we’ll help you translate the group learning into specific strategies for your career and leadership context.
Weekly Reflection Prompts & Exercises
Between sessions, simple reflection prompts and practical exercises help you apply what you’re learning in real time — at work, not just in theory.
