How It Works
Over 10 weeks, you’ll receive a mix of personalized coaching and small-group learning:10 weeks of alternating support:
1:1 Private Sessions (5 sessions, 45 min each)
Tailored guidance to your unique goals and challenges. Work through real-time career obstacles and get clarity on your next moves.
Group Sessions (5 sessions, 60 min each)
Learn alongside other professional women of colour (maximum 4 participants per cohort). Share experiences, gain perspective, and build a supportive network that lasts beyond the program.
Weekly Reflection Prompts & Exercises
Structured activities to deepen your learning and put your insights into action. Alternating sessions give you space to integrate and implement between touchpoints..

January Cohort (January 21 – March 25) → 3 spots remaining
February Cohort (February 17 – April 21) → 4 spots remaining
Spring Cohort (March 11 – May 13) → Opening to applications in January
