A 10-week coaching program designed to help women of colour grow as leaders, build confidence, and create a clear path to career success.
What’s Included:
The program combines personalized private (1:1) coaching with the power of small-group sessions.
Every other week, you’ll alternate between 45-minute private (1:1) sessions focused on your unique goals and 60-minute group sessions where you’ll learn, share experiences, and gain insights from other professional women of colour.
