Why I Do This Work
My name is Jennifer, coach and founder of Lead to Change.
I’ve been where you are. I spent 30+ years navigating corporate spaces as a woman of colour. I had the experience, the results, the respect but I still felt overlooked, undervalued, and unsure how to step into bigger opportunities.
I know what it’s like to struggle for visibility, influence, and recognition—and how exhausting it can feel when your potential isn’t fully seen.
