What You’ll Receive:
✔ Six 45-minute private (1:1 ) virtual coaching sessions: tailored to your unique leadership goals and growth areas (bi-weekly sessions)
✔ Six 60-minute virtual group coaching sessions: to share wins, discuss unique challenges, and learn in community (held on alternating weeks)
✔ Implementation & accountability: for guidance, check-ins, and encouragement to help you take consistent action on your strategy
✔ Small group size (3–6 participants): to provide an intimate, supportive setting for real connection and personalized feedback
✔ Session recaps and reflection prompts: to stay engaged and on track—even if you can’t attend a live session

Six 60-minute live group coaching sessions (held every other week via Google Meet)
Six 45-minute private 1:1 strategy sessions with me on the alternating weeks
A small group format (just 3–6 participants) to ensure meaningful connection and personalized support

Life happens—and if you miss a group session, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways along with any reflection prompts or assignments to help you stay on track. That said, the group sessions are interactive and often deeply personal, so live attendance is highly encouraged to get the full benefit of coaching and community.
If you need to miss a 1:1 session, I’ll do my best to reschedule within the same week, depending on availability. Just give me as much notice as possible so we can find a time that works.
