This 10-week virtual group coaching program is designed to help you pause, reflect, and move forward with intention—so you can build a career that aligns with your values, strengths, and aspirations.

Here’s what’s included:

• Five 60-minute live group coaching sessions (held every other week via Google Meet)

• Five 30-minute private 1:1 strategy sessions with me on the alternating weeks

• A small group format (just 3–6 participants) to ensure meaningful connection and personalized support

• Structured, goal-focused sessions that guide you through career reflection, self-discovery, and strategic planning

Life happens—and if you miss a group session, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways along with any reflection prompts or assignments to help you stay on track. That said, the group sessions are interactive and often deeply personal, so live attendance is highly encouraged to get the full benefit of coaching and community.

If you need to miss a 1:1 session, I’ll do my best to reschedule within the same week, depending on availability. Just give me as much notice as possible so we can find a time that works.
